Usage & Precautions
  • Use in conventional oven (up to 300°C), microwave (if appropriately sized), refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher.
  • Never use directly on a heat source such as a gas burner, electric hob, ceramic hob, grill, or barbecue.
  • Never use if chipped or partially broken.
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes: Do not place a hot dish on a damp or cold surface, immerse a hot dish in cold water, or add cold liquid to a hot dish. Always handle hot dishes with potholders or dry gloves.
  • Do not use sharp utensils or an electric mixer. Ensure a space of at least 10 cm between the dish and the heat source when using under a grill/rotisserie.
Care & Maintenance
  • Wash before first use and avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Dishwasher washing under excessive temperatures or detergent doses may damage the glass. Soak burnt or stuck food in soap and water once cooled.
  • Glass can break or chip due to mechanical shocks. Ensure the dish is stable in the dishwasher and check regularly for any chips or bumps.
